To help establish NHD as the market leader in contractor management solutions, we need you as a Project Manager.
Your activities
- Work with Professional Services team to define, plan, execute and close projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ensuring project goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, quality, on-budget, within scope and timelines
- Identify, manage and communicate risks and issues and have a proactive mitigation plan. Escalate as needed
- Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues and decisions on services
- Producing accurate and timely reporting of project status throughout its life cycle
- Track team progress against key initiatives and communicate status to leadership
- Facilitate meetings with project stakeholders and communicate updates as needed
- Create project documentation that is complete and stored appropriately
- Help with evaluating the capacity and onboarding of new project team members
- Ensure right and timely feedback is shared on the project team members. Open to accept the feedback
- Manage and actively participate in the full life cycle of a solution deployment through the design/build/test and go live phase
- Become an expert in the AES/32 solution and guide clients in the optimal setup of their AES/32 environment
- Proactively communicate and provide design and configuration options to the client to drive most value of the deployment
- Support the client in developing business cases and provide benchmark insights were appropriate
- Provide solution feedback to the development team
- Participate in new solution development discussions and actively bring in new ideas
Desired skills & experience
- Experience in successfully Project managing implementation of software solutions
- Prioritize effectively and multitask efficiently
- Proven track record of successful collaboration with stakeholders from different business and technical verticals
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and documentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Prior experience in managing AES/32 or equivalent products will be an added advantage
- Prior experience with contractor management solution is an asset
- Eager to learn a new software quickly
- Language skills: English, German desirable
